  Step 1:  Find out what to do next.

· Meet with us to discuss the home purchase process.

· Receive a copy of our “Buyer’s Guide”.

We all need to be on the same page!   It’s all important; your needs, your price range and how we will work together.  This is a smooth and fun process as long as we are all going in the same direction.
Step 2: Review the “Buyer’s Guide”.

· Complete the forms.

· Call our Team BePicky lenders for Pre-Approval.

· Go through the Purchase Agreement for questions.

It’s time to get your ducks in a row!  The forms in the “Buyer’s Guide” keep us focused on your goals.  Go over several loan options with our lenders so you know your loan is right. Review the Purchase Agreement and highlight your questions.
  Step 3:  Get questions answered.

· You are comfortable with the process.

· You are comfortable with your financing.

· You are comfortable with the Purchase Agreement.
